Membership & General Administration

Our staff has experience working with member organizations of all sizes—from a city-wide group of 300 to an international association of thousands. From personalized customer and chapter relations to organizational communications to dues fulfillment, we can manage your needs.

We also offer day-to-day administrative services, including basics, such as maintaining a mail and telephone presence, to more sophisticated duties like representing your organization at meetings and managing details on your behalf—freeing you to focus on your strategic goals.

Fundraising & Development

Each association has different needs; however, one concern all organizations have in common is income. Fundraising and donor development should be suited to the unique organization, so each plan is carefully crafted with your development committee and executed with your organization’s mission in mind.

Our staff has assisted with many fundraising events, including:

  • dinner with celebrity chef Julia Child
  • a weekend initiative that raised eight times the organization’s existing annual budget
  • dozens of successful mail campaigns to proprietary mailing lists

Marketing & Public Relations

Communicating with the public, whether internal or external, is perhaps the most important facet of leading a successful association. You need to hear what your members are saying, tell them about your accomplishments and concerns, and relate positive information to prospective members, associates, and the media.
